1967 Harley Davidson Police Special

by Neil Archibald
(Fort Nelson,B.C. Canada)

I have recently acquired a 1967 Harley Davidson Police Special. I can't find where the VIN number is though. It's not by the forks where it should be. Is it because of the year of the bike or because it's an old police bike that it's not there? And more to the point, where the hell is it? I can't get this bad boy on the road till I find it so please help.
