Blue Thunder 2006 Custom Chopper This 2006 custom chopper build was a school project to engage the students and to instruct on the entire manufacturing process. We designed and fabricated the frame, machined the wheels and hubs, designed and fabricated the handle bars, and a body shop did the paint work. It has an Ultima 100 ci and 6spd tranny with 3" BDL open primary. |
