Building the frame first

The videos are great!! My question is; Why didn't this course start with building the frame first? There are questions that I have concerning tubing selection (sizes, etc.),and what types of common problems that might befall me.

The tips I have received via email are equally as cool. However, as a long time bike head, most of the installation tech., I am already aware of.
