Frame needs strength...
by: Machete

I build choppers here in the USA, and I will be shipping soon to Brasil, and even opening a workshop in SP by the end of 2009. Trust me when I say you need to engineer the frame... it needs to handle the weight of the larger engines and tranny's, but more importantly it needs to handle the torque... super important! Some of my bikes are turning out over 120hp at the wheels and that will twist a frame like pretzel.

Use larger stock and make sure it is schedule 40 steel at minimum. Also watch your welds... if not done right you will actually seal water into the joints and it will rust out. write me if you want... technical@aci-usa.net
