Chopper Motorbike

I’m a motor mechanic 30 years of experience also a car body repairer I own my own garage and I have always been interested in bikes. Now I m getting little older I would like to do the things I like. ( build choppers ) I'm a jack of the motor trade. I can mig, tig weld, brazing, panel beater (shaper) auto electrics, prep & paining, assemble, fabricate, can work on drawings. I would like to have a basic understanding how much chopper building is involved whether I will have enough skills to start with before getting involved in this field. thanks
