Conversion From FLHS into Road King Article?

My ride is a flhs 1988. Bought in 1990 and very satisfied with reliability. Three times to Lisboa from the south of the Netherlands and many mountain trips to Spain, France Switzerland. However I've always disliked the ugly nacelle HD introduced with this model. Have been collecting parts on e-bay and now I'm 90% complete. Almost done with the parts now comes the interesting part, the conversion. Several years ago I bought a copy of Hot Bikes (I think it was HB) which included an article about the conversion from FLTC into Road King. The mechanic who performed the conversion was called "the doctor". Of course I lost that copy of HB. If anyone remembers the article and can provide me with a link or has the article and would be willing to copy it and send it to me (of course I'll pay the costs) that would be highly appreciated.
