You really need a bill of sale for the engine... With that I am not exactly sure what type of title you will get - it varies from state to state. But without at least a BOS you might not get a title at all! Check with your local Highway Patrol or DMV - start with the HP.

i just bought a 1973 shovelhead engine,and i have no paper work at all.....if i buy a frame from paugho with a notorized bill of sale will i still have to go with a bonded title? or can i get by with an assembled title if the seller gives me a bill of sales with the engine? thank's
