GSXR 1000 Bobber

This GSXR 1000 Bobber is liquid cooled:

I bought a 2006 GSX1000R, that was wrecked, for $300. Built the frame and transferred everything. Except the gas tank and rear fender. Gas tank came off of a 1965 Sportster.

I cut out original gas cap and welded in cap off donor. Extremely fast bike. Had to re-map the computer to spray more fuel because of the open exhaust and air cleaners. In all, I only spent about $1,500 on this Suzuki bobber and it is one hell of a bike.

Thought this looked familiar. I'm from Decatur and haven't seen this bike in while. Wondering if you still have it.

The bike come out to be about 75-85lbs lighter than stock . The only problem is that if you really lay into it, the bike is either coming up or breaking loose, one of the two .
