hardtail section
by: Enoch

Well, it would seem that there isn't much else for it other than to loose the swing arm. I've got 10" struts and a fixed rear fender that bottoms out from time to time. I would like some open space under the seat as well as dropping it a little lower ( i don't care if it scrapes the megaphones off eventually)I could see, without too much imagination, that i would appreciate somekind of suspension on a seat if I went with a rigid ass end. It would be nice if it were stretched a tad but i figure that would call for a longer chain, and i just put that one on. The front end is fine, but without any real skills to go on, I'm just kinda making it up as I go, now im at the point where I could use some advice. I haven't got 10 cents worth of nickles to my name yet see no reason why that should be too much of a deterrant. My reasoning is that the weld on rigid section is the cheapest way to go, but realistically i don't know what all it would take.

Less is more
by: Hooligan

I'm a big fan of the less is more approach to modding. I like what you've accomplished so far and agree that the KZ1000 would look better a little lower. Z-bars would look nice on there, something along the lines of this http://www.noschoolchoppers.com/handlebars.html
