I'm planning to build a new hardtail chopper. How do I choose tube metal for my chopper? What size and scheduled should I use? I have already converted my ladies type 100cc Honda and I want to make it again. I have jig plans for it. Please gave me some info for it. I'm from the Philippines. Thanks

you are better of using a DOM (Drawen over hot mantel) tubing you can use the most comon size of 0.20 or a little heavier 0.25 these are the most common sizes. DOM steel tubing is the most versatile for welding on.
