Metric custom wheels for a VLX 60

I am not a chopper builder only someone willing to customize his bike, it's already tough enough to have a custom bike here in Brazil. I own a shadow VLX 600 and I want to install a custom 21' front wheel but I seem to be hitting a wall here.
I am unable to find specific wheels. Gathering info on the internet I found that Harley Davidson Narrow Glide 2.15" width wheels with sealed 3/4" I.D. bearings. This would be any wheels that fit '84-'99 Dyna-Glide, FXR, or XL (Sportster).
Would fit, but there too few material.
It would be kind of you,if you could give me some tips.
