Resale
by: Gregg

As bad as it may seem right now I am going to have to chance it anyway. Personally, I have never been in a better position to build a bike and I am willing to sit on it until it sells. Another sad fact is how bad I want to do this build. I don't care if I can walk away with a thousand dallars above cost I would do it again, anticipating a better return eventually, maybe a bike or two down the road. I guess you could say I am at a cross roads in my life and having never done this at the age of 48yrs old, I am willing to do it almost for free (lol). That maybe sad but that's where I am. Peace!

After market bike values
by: Anonymous

The question you have below can vary quite a bit. After market bike values have dropped quite a bit in the last year. I have still been able to turn a profit building bikes for people but to build a bike with out an owner and try to sell it can be risky right now. A bike that would have sold for $40,000 a year ago may sell for $15,000 to $20,000 right now.

Thanks,
Michael Durham
