Simple Combination Recommendation

Hey been down for some time. I'm finally ready. Problem is in my day things were simple. Anyway you can get engines from Harley for about 3500 bucks and a after market 6 speed for about 700 bills but I'm old kicker man and a rigid frame wishbone for me no! Fat ass tire for me pulling my hair out, what's left, sifting through all the new stuff. Can you recommend an economic combination to get back up, simplicity is good for me.
