Our new Sportster Softail frame plans were drawn up by a senior level engineer. The design and measurements were researched and tested so that you are sure to receive an impressive set of plans. Our Softail Sportster plans come with sectional views which allows you to see the frame and how it looks when it's cut at a specific plane.

It's a huge advantage because it's the only sure way to get compound bends and angles right. Without sectional views you are sure to experience major frustration causing you to lose time and money.

• Tube Diameter is 1.5" DOM Standard Carbon Steel
• Sportster Soft-Tail Design
• 1.5" Tube Design
• External Frame Width = 15.5" External
• Internal Frame Width = 10.5" Internal Dim between tubes and 11.5" between axle plates
• Distance = 10.5" (200 Series)
• Material - Standard Mill Carbon Steel
• Wheel Base - 65" (center of front wheel to center of rear)
• Rake = 30 Degrees (Stock Rake)
• Ground Clearance = 5"
• Wheel Diameters = 26" (Both)

The Softail Sporster frame plans are a download and they are in PDF file format (you can get a free pdf reader at www.adobe.com).

They are 36" x 72" in size If you want to print them out you simply bring them to your printer (just be sure they print on paper that can withstand shop notes).
