Note: The chain tensioners on 1999 to 2006 twin cam big bore models are spring operated and usually need to be replaced round the 30K to 50K mile mark. These tensioners work but they do need to be replaced often. This DVD series will walk you through the process, making it easy for you to do it yourself.

  • On the old style Cams you will need or access to a press to replace them so you may have to take them to a shop.
