Vulcan 500 Custom Motorcycle

Re: the custom vulcan 500. My wife and I have been motorcycle enthusiasts for years, but could never afford a new bike and most people in our area believe their used "custom" bike, even being several years old is still worth the price of a new one ("it's a custom"). I got the used donor bike from a co-worker who was looking to get something more of a sportrider. After getting it home and realizing how much of a basket case it was and how much I was going to have to take apart to fix and repair to standard of safety for my wife, we decided to customize the bike and give it a unique appearance. Still have a few things to finish, tank & fender to paint and wiring, but you get the idea. Not bad for someone with nothing more than a torch, arc welder, grinder, and touch-up paint gun.

Nice job!

You gotta post again when it's done. You also listed the three most important tools to have in your garage. After those, all's you need are the final three ingrediants: air, fuel and fire.
