1983 Yahmaha maxim 650 rigid conversion

Re: 1983 Yahmaha maxim 650 rigid conversion

I just bought a 1983 Yamaha 650 shaft driven suspension frame. Ive already cut the coils on my rear shocks to drop it but i still want to get lower. I would really like to turn it into a rigid but I'm a little worried because its shaft driven. If anyone could give me tips on dimensions that would be great. I would also have to relocate my battery which i still haven't given much thought. I'll try to post some pics of how far I've gotten.
