How do I restore my CB 400 II?

Hi, my name is Agnaldo, I live in Brazil, more necessarily in the state of Minas Gerais. I have a 1982 Honda CB 400 II and I want to give a new life for that bike. I have a "love story" with my bike, that is my first bike. I really want to turn my CB in a custom chopper! Some days ago, a uncontrolled car (probably a drunk) beat in it. The bike was stopped, parked!!! If anyone can help me turn my CB and give a new life, I will be perpetual grateful! If this space don't be for this, sorry. Sorry too for my babel-english xD!!!
