Tube Wall Thickness

by Michael Golden

Thank for the great Rigid Jig Prints. Once I have built the Jig I will order the 200 Rigid frame Prints but Out of curiosity if I use 1 1/2 Chromoly Tube what is the determining factor for wall thickness. Is .065 to thin I have some left over form a Front engine dragster project. Thanks.

Answer: Your .065 might work - I would recommend .095 - for a big engine bike (113+).
