Virago Chopper

Virago Chopper

Hi there. Here is my 1983 Virago Chopper almost fully done. I've been working on it the whole summer and still riding it while I´m changing it. As you see it doesn't look like a virago any more. in the winter I´m putting a kick start on it so the starting problems will be over. As we speak I´m building a 3 ft long sissybar and a 20" apehanger on it.

Springer
by: Hemi

I didnt build the springer my self but a freind of mine did. The rake and trial Im not so sure about, we never checked it. We just put the springer on - cut the bottom up behind the neck - pushed the whole bike down untill the engine was horizontal, and weldet it together. She rides great on the road. I can easialy do 70-80 mph. No problem what so ever.
