I am deaf biker. Hoped that you will be bearing with my lousy English. I sold my harley that I can move to Sweden. I decided to build my first custom sportster. I bought 1200cc 1990 sporty and I ripped it all apart. I add the thing on the front to have it look nicely since it got not as good looking front frame so I get it cover to have it look nicely. I tried to find a cover for the battery but 1990 does not have a cover is like as oil bag so I made one through It is hard to write the stuff that I used. For an example, if you want to make a mask that you will need to have a mesh and the stuff that I can mix with and use mesh and the liquid that can use on the boat and I used the oil bag to dip in it to have it the same shape as the oil bag and I made it Yeahhh! I got the ignition move to lower of engine dyna 2000i and get the smallest battery big boar 18amp that can start my bike easier. I made a small holder of battery it works well.

Most of things i bought from Ebay and have my father to send me that I do not need to pay damn tax! ha... It is awful expensive in Sweden.

Engine, I got it the head open port sort of wide enough. new wiseco piston 10.1 compression, new push rod and so for the cover as well. so for the cam n8 (andrews) As you see I am not finish as it will be finish in few weeks. I got to polish the primary cover so sprocket cover cam cover and the top thing too. I tried to paint silver and use blue tap and make it look like a flame and pain matte black and result as not bad though because I am no pin stripper. I could not do that. I have to do at another way to have it look decently as not wowow though.

Cut the ugly rear fender to have it shorter. I could not find a front fender that I want so I decided to make a new front fender so I cut the metal and roll it to have it so small that people could not see the front fender but if you go another side as you will see small fender. I want to have it look like it does not have a front fender but it does because I do not want to have heavy water spin all over my face! ha...

drill the bar to have it holes that I can get the push buttons and get the wire into the bar and through the riser and triple tree. drill the bolt as well. I think I got to cut my hog to let you read and ask me any question. I thank you for that. Front wheel got 9 spokes and rear wheel got 13. something different? eh ha... Thanks!
