Jig Length
by: Custom-Choppers-Guide.com

Hello Clarence,

Sportsbike/Drag chassis frames usually are 70+ wheel base with a pretty steep rake angle for good control at high speeds. This jig length is 78" and this can be adjusted based on the length of your frame.

This jig is not used for building the front fork, but instead holds the steering head on one end and the rear axle plate on the other end. You should be able to make a long drag frame on this jig.

Keep in mind that you may need to make the rear rails that attach after the rear wheel separately as there is no support pieces that will hold this portion of the frame. Also the width of the jig can accommodate approximately 22" max.

Feel free to let us know with any additional questions or concerns.
